I have been going to Hawaii for a few years now and it gets harder and harder to stay away. Not only does it have some of the best kayaking I have experienced, some of the best big drops I have fallen off of, but even if you did none of that you are still in Hawaii. I have been many places in the world but one of the best rivers in the world continues to be the Wailuku on the Big Island. It has such a wide range of levels, multiple sections, and plenty of big waterfalls in the area with some rain. With minimal portaging, dozens of perfect drops, all the way to the coast, it's by far one of my favorite runs in the world!
